Easy Ingredients
- Shredded Chicken - use rotisserie chicken or leftovers to shorten prep time

How to Make It
1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, grated parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. Stir in the shredded Colby Jack cheese and mix well. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
3. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the chicken mixture, covering it completely.
4. Bake at 375 degrees F for 35-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy, and the dish is heated through and bubbly.
5. Remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
