Fall Off The Bone BBQ Ribs are cooked in the oven and as good as a BBQ restaurant! The secret is in the dry rub and low and slow method. I think these barbecue ribs are the best I’ve ever eaten. Some pit masters might argue with me for various reasons, but I’d be down for a bake off.

Side ~ Red Skin Potato Salad

Potato salad is a personal thing. If you’re feeling adventurous, give Red Skin Potato Salad a chance. It’s one of those comfort foods that will sneak up and surprise ya. Most people who try it say it’s the best potato salad they’ve ever had!

Southern Cornbread is easy to whip up and a favorite of every southerner I know. Many different recipes are out there, but this one is tried and true. It’s also fast as lightning. Nothing could be finer than a piping hot slice of Southern Cornbread coming out of the oven!

Description

Blueberry Sriracha Margarita is cool, yet spicy…fruity, yet sassy…blue, yet red.  Heck, it’s just lip-smacking good!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup limeade (I use Simply brand)
  • 1/2 tsp. sriracha sauce (more if you like it spicy)
  • 2 oz. tequila
  • ice
  • salt for rim
  • blueberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour blueberries, limeade and sriracha in a blender.
  2. Blend well, then add tequila. Pulse.
  3. Rim a large glass with salt, then add ice.
  4. Pour blueberry mixture over ice and garnish with blueberries.

Notes

This alcoholic beverage is for adults age 21 or over. Please drink responsibly.

  1. I made the Red White and Blue pie for 4th of July and our family loved it! I ended up using strawberries instead of raspberries but everyone said it was perfect.
