S'mores Bark is super simple to make, and since there's no baking involved, it's ready in just minutes. I love that I can whip it up for parties without a lot of extra work, and it serves a big crowd of people.

Ingredient Notes
Only 4 ingredients are needed for this delicious candy bark!
- graham crackers - the crispier the better. Sub golden grahams cereal if desired.
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - you can use creamy milk chocolate or dark chocolate if preferred
- mini marshmallows - enjoy fluffy marshmallows instead of melted and the classic flavor is still the same
- white chocolate chips - any type of white chocolate or almond bark works well

How to Make S'mores Bark
- Line a large baking sheet or half sheet pan with parchment paper or wax paper.
- Break graham crackers into squares and place on the lined sheet pan in a single layer.

- In a medium bowl melt chocolate chips in the microwave on 50% power in 30 second increments, stirring between increments.

- Pour 2 ounces of chocolate in a sandwich size plastic bag. Pour remaining melted chocolate over graham crackers and spread evenly.

- Sprinkle marshmallows over melted chocolate.

- In a medium bowl melt white chocolate chips in the microwave on 50% power in 30 second increments, stirring between increments.

- Pour white chocolate into a sandwich size baggie. Cut a corner and drizzle over marshmallows.

- Cut a corner of the semi-sweet chocolate and drizzle over the white chocolate.

- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chocolate is set.
- Lift from the pan to a cutting board and cut into pieces with a sharp knife.

Customize It!
- Milk chocolate chips can be used instead of semi-sweet.
- Almond bark can be substituted for white chocolate chips.
- Chocolate bars also make a good substitution.
- Large marshmallows can be used in place of mini marshmallows. Be sure to cut them into 4 pieces before adding to the pan.
- Add pecans or walnuts for extra crunch.

What to Serve with S'mores Bark
If you're planning to make a dessert tray, s'mores bark goes great with these other fall treats...

Tips for Success
- Make sure to melt the chocolate in intervals in the microwave to prevent scorching.
- This recipe isn't made for the oven. If you want to toast the marshmallows, it's recommended to use a kitchen butane torch before the chocolate drizzle is added.
- Be sure to refrigerate the candy for at least 45 minutes to set.

Storing Leftovers
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature. After that, place s'mores bark in the refrigerator for up to 5 extra days.
This candy can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Keep in mind that once it thaws, the marshmallows will not be as fluffy. For that reason, I don't recommend freezing.
