If you love s'mores, but hate the mess, try this delicious recipe for No BakeS'mores Bark! You don't have to build a campfire to enjoy this irresistible dessert.
Line a 9 x 13 baking sheet or sheet pan with parchment paper or wax paper.
Break crackers into squares and place on the lined sheet pan.
In a medium bowl melt semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave on 50% power in 30 second increments, stirring between increments.
Pour 2 oz. of semi-sweet chocolate in a sandwich size baggie. Pour remaining melted chocolate over graham crackers and spread evenly.
Sprinkle marshmallows over melted chocolate.
In a medium bowl melt white chocolate chips in the microwave on 50% power in 30 second increments, stirring between increments.
Pour white chocolate into a sandwich size baggie. Cut a corner and drizzle over marshmallows. Cut a corner of the milk chocolate and drizzle over the white chocolate.
Refrigerate for 45 minutes or until chocolate is set.
Lift from the pan on parchment paper to a cutting board. Cut into pieces with a sharp knife.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature. After that, place s'mores bark in the refrigerator for up to 5 extra days.
