Happy National Tequila Day! Over the years, somehow I've missed the fact that July 24th has been designated as the day to celebrate tequila. Oh, the horror!
However, this year I'm on it....by bringing you a delightful Blueberry Sriracha Margarita. It's the perfect cocktail to pair with spicy food, or enjoy on the back deck with friends.
Some of you may be turning up your noses at adding sriracha sauce to your beloved margarita...but, hey, don't knock it 'til you try it.

Blueberry Sriracha Margarita is cool, yet spicy...fruity, yet sassy...blue, yet red. Heck, it's just lip-smacking good. Plus, it's made with tequila, which I've been told contains probiotics and lowers bad cholesterol. Who knew?
Today is not just any day...but the very BEST day...to give this sassy cocktail a whirl. Unfurl your nose and dust off the sriracha bottle gathering dust in the back of your pantry.
How to Make It
Blend up some blueberries and limeade in a blender, then give that sriracha bottle a shake or two and add it to the mix. Stir in your favorite tequila.
Rim a glass with salt, and add ice. Pour ingredients in blender over ice in the glass. Garnish with blueberries.
It couldn't be easier, but the results are amazing. In less than 5 minutes, you'll be sipping on a drink you'll never forget.
