What's Special About This Beverage?

Over the years, somehow I've missed the fact that July 24th has been designated as the day to celebrate tequila.

However, this year I'm on it....by bringing you a delightful Blueberry Sriracha Margarita. It's the perfect cocktail to pair with spicy food, or enjoy on the back deck with friends.

Some of you may be afraid to add sriracha sauce to your beloved margarita...but, hey, don't knock it 'til you try it. It adds a little extra kick that a sweet margarita needs.

If you're looking for even more fun this summer, try these Red, White, and Blue Jello Shots!

Why You'll Love This Cocktail

Blueberry Sriracha Margarita is cool, yet spicy...fruity, yet sassy...blue, yet red. Heck, it's just lip-smacking good.

Dust off the sriracha bottle gathering dust in the back of your pantry. You'll love the kick this spice gives to a classic cocktail!

How to Make a Blueberry Sriracha Margarita

Blend up some blueberries and limeade in a blender, then give that sriracha bottle a shake or two and add it to the mix. Stir in your favorite tequila.

Rim a glass with salt, and add ice. Pour ingredients in blender over ice in the glass. Garnish with blueberries.

It couldn't be easier, but the results are amazing. In less than 5 minutes, you'll be sipping on a drink you'll never forget.

If margaritas are your thing, you'll also love my Strawberry Orange Sangria recipe. Together, these two beverages make an awesome Fiesta!
