Homemade Blue Cheese Dip is made from scratch with blue cheese crumbles, mayonnaise, sour cream and zesty seasonings. It creates a creamy dip that's perfect for game days, holiday parties and barbecue cookouts!
½Tablespoonfresh parsley (for garnish)chopped fine
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together.
Mash some of the blue cheese crumbles with the back of a spoon and stir vigorously with the rest of ingredients (except parsley). Place in a serving bowl and garnish with fresh parsley.
Place dip in a mason jar or airtight container and seal tightly. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Notes
Dip is best when refrigerated at least 2 hours before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
Can substitute gorgonzola, danish bleu cheese, or a wedge of high quality blue cheese crumbled by hand.
Recipe makes 1 cup of dip or enough to fill a half pint mason jar.
