Arrange chicken breasts in a cast iron skillet or 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
Using a mixer, blend cream cheese and taco seasoning together.
Spread taco cream cheese mixture over chicken.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top. Cover with foil.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until chicken is done.
Let chicken rest 10 minutes, then sprinkle toppings over chicken, or put in bowls for people to help themselves.
Notes
Ovens vary. Start at 30 minutes cooking time for chicken and increase if it is not done.
Cover skillet with foil to prevent cheese from scorching while baking.
