Antipasti Penne is loaded with three cheeses, olives, cured meats and spices that will blow you away! You'll love serving this easy antipasti recipe time and time again.

Ingredients

oz.
pasta sauce
any type

lb.
penne pasta
boiled for 6 minutes

oz.
mozzarella cheese
shredded

oz.
parmesan cheese
shredded

oz.
ricotta cheese

Tbsp.
dried
Italian Seasoning
ad
1
cup
antipasti with olives
feta, and various meats packed in olive oil.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Divide all ingredients into thirds.
Add ⅓ of the sauce to the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch casserole dish or pan.
Follow with ⅓ of the pasta, then layer with parmesan, mozzarella and ricotta.
Sprinkle with ⅓ of the
Italian seasoning
(ad).
Drain antipasti and sprinkle ⅓ over the top.
Repeat the process 2 more times until you reach the top of the dish.
Bake the pasta at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
Make sure to drain the antipasti before using.
Divide all ingredients into thirds before assembling.
Antipasti Penne can be refrigerated for up to 4 days and enjoyed as leftovers.
Leave off the meat if you want a vegetarian version.
