Taco Bake

EASY RECIPE!

Sheet Pan Taco Bake makes taco night even more fun! You'll love the puff pastry crust and variety of toppings.

INGREDIENTS

 lean ground beef – white or yellow onions – taco seasoning – shredded cheddar cheese – puff pastry sheet – lettuce 

INGREDIENTS

 black olives  – diced tomatoes  – sharp cheddar cheese  – sour cream or ranch dressing 

STEP ONE

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet. Add taco seasoning and water.

STEP TWO

Simmer until water has reduced. Add cheese to ground beef and stir well.

STEP THREE

Roll puff pastry out onto a half size sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

STEP FOUR

Roll edges slightly around entire pastry.  Spoon beef mixture onto puff pastry and spread to rolled edges.

STEP FIVE

Bake pastry for 20 minutes. Take out of oven and cool for 10 minutes. Arrange lettuce and olives on top.

STEP SIX

Add cheese and tomatoes. Use a pizza cutter to cut into 8 slices. Drizzle sour cream or ranch dressing on top.
