Pumpkin Pie Dump Cake
is a cross between a cake and a pumpkin pie. It's the perfect cake for autumn!
pumpkin - eggs - sugar carrot cake mix - walnuts evaporated milk - butter cream cheese - vanilla powdered sugar - spice
Mix pure pumpkin with eggs, sugar, milk and pumpkin pie spice. Pour in the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle dry carrot cake mix on top of pumpkin mixture until completely covered.
Add walnuts evenly over cake mix. Drizzle entire dish with melted butter and swirl with a knife.
Bake cake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool for 1 hour before spreading with cream cheese icing.
Mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar & vanilla until smooth. Spread over cooled cake. Add walnuts.
Pumpkin Dump Cake is half cake and half pie! It's the best of two popular desserts in one. The perfect fall treat!
