Pulled Chicken

EASY RECIPE!

Make delicious Dutch Oven Pulled Chicken in just minutes with this easy recipe that can be used in a variety of meals!

INGREDIENTS

boneless chicken breasts garlic salt black pepper onion powder chicken broth

STEP ONE

Add chicken to the bottom of the pot. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil over chicken breasts if desired.

STEP TWO

Season chicken breasts with garlic salt, black pepper and onion powder. Add broth.

STEP THREE

Place lid on top and braise chicken in a 350ºF oven for 40 to 45 minutes until meat reaches 165ºF.

STEP FOUR

To pull the meat apart, use 2 forks and go with the grain. Using the forks, pull it apart in opposite directions.

STEP FIVE

Make sure you pull the chicken while the meat is warm or it will be much harder to pull.

STEP SIX

To shred the meat, continue to pull apart with forks into smaller pieces, or use a mixer to break up the pieces into shreds.
