Dutch Oven Pulled Chicken

to the bottom of the pot. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil over chicken breasts if desired.
Season chicken breasts
with garlic salt, black pepper and onion powder. Add broth.
Place lid on top
and braise chicken in a 350ºF oven for 40 to 45 minutes until meat reaches 165ºF.
To pull the meat apart, use 2 forks and
go with the grain.
Using the forks, pull it apart in opposite directions.
Make sure you pull the chicken while the meat is warm or it will be much harder to pull.
To shred the meat
, continue to pull apart with forks into smaller pieces, or use a mixer to break up the pieces into shreds.
