Fried Apple Crisp
is made with tart apples, granola, pecans, brown sugar and cinnamon for a delicious fall dessert!

Slice apples and place in a 12 inch cast iron skillet.
Sprinkle apples with cinnamon, brown sugar and vanilla. Add pats of butter on top.
Fry apples over medium heat until they're soft and juicy. Stir frequently to avoid scorching.
Combine granola, pecans, brown sugar & cinnamon in a bowl. Add butter and mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle crumbly granola topping over apples in skillet. Bake at 350º F for 15 minutes until bubbly.
