Baking a hearty Chicken Pot Pie in 30 minutes is as easy as it gets!

– 1 bag mixed vegetables – 1 carton sour cream – 2 cream of chicken soup – 2 cups rotisserie chicken – 1 small onion, diced – 1/2 teaspoon oregano – 1 puff pastry – 1 egg with milk


Combine chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, steamed mixed veggies and oregano in a cast iron skillet or baking dish.

Make Filling

Top filling with puff pastry sheet and cut edges to fit in skillet. Brush with egg wash.

Top with Pastry

Bake chicken pot pie in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes until pastry is golden brown.
