Baby back ribs
will melt in your mouth when baked in a
cast iron dutch oven
! They’re juicy, fork-tender and delicious!
baby back pork ribs barbecue sauce brown sugar - onion powder garlic powder - paprika steak seasoning - mustard
Pull the membrane or connective tissue off the back portion of the ribs.
Mix seasonings together to make the rub and sprinkle over both sides of meat.
Cut pork into 2 sections. Rub the seasoning into the baby back ribs with your hands.
Put aluminum foil in bottom of dutch oven. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
Smother ribs with your favorite barbecue sauce! Broil for a few minutes until caramelized.
Now you can make BBQ ribs in the oven anytime you like! You don't need a smoker or fancy equipment!
