Pumpkin  Bread Pudding


brioche bread pure pumpkin  brown sugar  pumpkin spice  large eggs  evaporated milk  heavy cream  vanilla extract  pecans  golden raisins  drizzle of pure maple syrup

Cut brioche bread into cubes with a serrated knife and place in the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.

Sprinkle bread with golden raisins and chopped pecans for texture and layers of flavor.

Whisk wet ingredients together slowly, taking care not to scramble the eggs.

Pour pumpkin mixture over bread and cover completely. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until set.
