Turkey Breast

EASY RECIPE!

Dutch Oven Turkey Breast is the perfect alternative to roasting a whole turkey during the holidays. It's moist and juicy with crispy skin!

INGREDIENTS

kosher salt - garlic powder dried parsley bone-in turkey breast onion - celery - butter rosemary - thyme - lemons

STEP ONE

Slice lemon, celery and onions. Place in the bottom of a large dutch oven with rosemary and thyme.

STEP TWO

Stuff turkey with lemons and onions. Rub butter into every nook and cranny of turkey.

STEP THREE

Place turkey on top of veggies in dutch oven. Sprinkle entire turkey with spices.

STEP FOUR

Roast turkey in dutch oven at 350 degrees for 2 to 3 hours until temp reaches 165ºF.

STEP FIVE

Let turkey rest for 30 minutes, then carve and serve with turkey gravy.
