Nothing hits the spot like oven baked meatball sliders, especially when they're created from scratch!
ground beef - onion bread crumbs - buns two types of cheese - egg bagel seasoning - BBQ steak seasoning - peppers
Mix all of the ingredients together to make meatballs. Roll into 1 inch balls & place on a sheet pan.
Place a slice of Babybel cheese on top of each meatball. Roll ground beef around it.
Bake the meatballs at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, then remove from oven.
Slice slider rolls and place the bottom pieces in a dish. Top each bun with 2 meatballs, then drizzle with BBQ sauce.
Top meatballs with slices of smoked gouda cheese. Place the top rolls on the cheese and close the sandwiches
Brush the rolls with melted butter. Sprinkle with bagel seasoning. Cover with foil and bake at 350ºF until meatballs are done inside.
