INGREDIENTS

– butter – sliced mushrooms – sweet onion – soy sauce – dried parsley – minced garlic

INGREDIENTS

– milk – heavy cream – ground pepper – french green beans  – parmesan cheese – french fried onions

STEP ONE

Sauté mushrooms and onions with butter in a skillet for 2 minutes.

STEP TWO

Add soy sauce and parsley. Sauté until tender.

STEP THREE

Gradually add flour and milk then stir until thickened over medium heat to form a roux.

STEP FOUR

Add heavy cream and frozen green beans to skillet with a dash of ground pepper & garlic.

STEP FIVE

Top green beans with parmesan and french fried onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown.
