Chicken Wings

EASY RECIPE!

Fire up your Traeger grill and make these Crispy Smoked Chicken Wings that are juicy  on the inside and crunchy on the outside.

INGREDIENTS

– chicken wings  (drumettes and flats) -- buffalo sauce (optional) -- dry brine rub

DRY BRINE RUB

brown sugar - cornstarch smoked paprika garlic powder onion powder – salt pepper – cayenne pepper

STEP ONE

Sprinkle Chicken Wing Rub generously over dried chicken wings.

STEP TWO

Place dry rub chicken wings on the smoker about 1 to 2 inches apart.

STEP THREE

Smoke chicken wings at 225 degrees F. for 30 minutes, then turn up the heat to 450 degrees.

STEP FOUR

Cook chicken wings until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside!

STEP FIVE

Serve wings with your favorite blue cheese dip or toss in buffalo sauce!
