Cranberry Jello Salad
is made with cherry Jello, whole cranberries, pecans, and crushed pineapple for a delicious side dish!
Cherry Gelatin Boiling Water & Cold Water Chopped Pecans Whole Cranberry Sauce Crushed Pineapple
In a mixing bowl, mix boxes of gelatin with 1 cup of boiling water until blended, then add cold water and stir well.
Chop 1 cup of pecans and add to mixture. Pour in pineapple and whole cranberry sauce.
Stir together and transfer gelatin mixture to a 13 x 9 decorative dish or Jello mold if desired.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until gelatin congeals.
Cranberry Jello Salad is a favorite side dish to serve with Thanksgiving turkey and dressing!
