Spice Rub

EASY RECIPE!

Dry Rub for Corned Beef creates an incredibly tender brisket! It's packed with hearty spices that are perfect for tenderizing corned beef.

INGREDIENTS

– brown sugar  – mustard seeds  – onion & garlic powder  – smoked paprika  – pickling spice, salt, pepper

STEP ONE

In a small bowl, mix seasonings together to make a dry rub. Put corned beef in a dutch oven. Rub all sides with seasonings.

STEP TWO

Cook corned beef as directed in recipe.

STEP THREE

Add Guinness Beer to corned beef for extra flavor! It mixes with the dry rub spices to make tender beef.

STEP FOUR

Serve corned beef with extra spice sprinkled on top. Tastes great with cabbage, potatoes and carrots!

STEP FIVE

This rub also makes great corned beef for deli style reuben sandwiches!
