bbq pulled pork

EASY PULLED PORK!

Learn how to make tender pulled pork barbecue in a dutch oven when you don’t have a bbq pit or smoker.

INGREDIENTS

boston butt pork roast special seasonings onion powder garlic powder brown sugar

STEP ONE

Remove packaging from pork and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut off any excess fat with a sharp knife.

STEP TWO

Generously coat pork roast with dry BBQ spice rub. Work well into the meat with your hands.

STEP THREE

Place pork in a large dutch oven.  Add water and cover with lid. Bake  low and slow for 4 hours.

STEP FOUR

Remove pork from oven and let rest. Using two forks, pull meat apart and keep warm with juices.

MAKE IT A MEAL!
