Baked PORK 

Tenderloin

EASY RECIPE!

Dutch Oven Pork Tenderloin is juicy and  fork-tender! It's baked with carrots, onions and potatoes for a hearty, one-pot meal.

INGREDIENTS

– pork tenderloin with rub – chicken broth – onion slices – carrots – potatoes & peppers –

STEP ONE

In a small bowl, mix seasonings together to make a dry rub. Put pork in a pan and rub all sides of pork roast with seasonings.

STEP TWO

Sear pork tenderloin in the bottom of a dutch oven.

STEP THREE

Deglaze the bottom of the dutch oven with broth and scrape up the brown bits with a wooden spoon.

STEP FOUR

Slice onions, carrots, peppers and potatoes. Place in the bottom of the dutch oven with the drippings.

STEP FIVE

Place pork on veggies and close lid. Bake at 350 degrees 25 minutes.

ENJOY!

Cook veggies 15 more minutes. Slice pork and place on top of vegetables. Serve straight from the pot while pork is still warm.
