Ingredients
CHICKEN
- 8 small chicken breasts
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 taco seasoning packet
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese shredded
TOPPING IDEAS
- 1 cup sliced tomatoes
- ½ cup diced cilantro
- ½ cup diced green onions
- ½ cup tortilla strips
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- optional toppings of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Arrange chicken breasts in a cast iron skillet or 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
- Using a mixer, blend cream cheese and taco seasoning together.
- Spread taco cream cheese mixture over chicken.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top. Cover with foil.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until chicken is done.
- Let chicken rest 10 minutes, then sprinkle toppings over chicken, or put in bowls for people to help themselves.
